Coffee production is the second largest industry in the world, yet most coffee growers fail to make a living wage because coffee prices are dictated by the commodity markets. Instead, fairly-traded coffee guarantees a fair wage to coffee growers.
We believe it's worth paying a few cents more for our coffee, and we think our customers think it’s worth it too. That’s what living one’s values is all about.

Our values of sustainability extend to our building as well.
Renovations for C3 were done in accordance with LEED green building guidelines, using renewable resources, reclaimed materials, and energy efficient products wherever possible.
Come in and check out our counter top made of recycled glass, tables made of sunflower seed husks and bamboo, and our eco-friendly Marmoleum floor.
Construction was completed with non-VOC paints and materials, energy efficient lights and appliances, and lo-flow water fixtures.
